About Us

Hi there,

We are Justin and Darci Daniels, owners and operators of Resilient Farm Solutions and XXX Farms. We are a husband and wife team who are passionate about farming and helping our fellow farmers.

I, Justin, was born and raised on a dairy farm in SE WI and have dairy farmed my whole life until 2022. I became passionate about forages and finding alternative forage/crop solutions because I could see how it positively impacted our bottomline. We won Grand Champion of the Forage Super Bowl in 2016 with our 4th cutting of our Italian Rye Grass but more important than winning the title was we saw firsthand how our cows milked like crazy while being healthier than they have ever been and we were able to reduce our purchased feed costs. In that journey I became a certified forage specialist for Byron Seed in 2016 to expand my knowledge and started helping my neighbors and friends. I also owned and operated a successful hoof trimming business for 17 years so I know the ins and outs of many different types of dairy operations and the challenges you face. In 2021 I took a chance on a lifetime goal of managing a pasture based livestock ranch but that journey led us to move back closer to family and reignited my passion for helping other farmers. In my free-time, I love farming with my family and taking my kids fishing and hunting.

I am Darci Daniels and I was also born and raised on a dairy farm but in SW WI. I have a degree in Dairy Science from UW-Madison and spent 7+ years as a dairy nutritionist for a major feed company and also as an independent nutrition consultant. I was an integral part of our own dairy in West Central WI. Today, most of my time is spent chasing our 4 children under age 7 and helping with the admin and business side of Resilient Farm Solutions and XXX Farms but because of my previous experiences, I also help bridge the gap between the agronomy side of our forage systems and how to best utilize it in feeding your cows. I also love to cook nourishing meals for those that I love and feel one of my greatest missions in life is to produce nutrient dense foods for my family.
